"DON'T USE FIX-IT SERVICE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON MY AIRCONDITIONER AND REFUSSED TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE WITH THE PROPER PART. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK WITH ANY WARRANTY. THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW BREAKER BOX OUT BY MY AIRCONDITIONER THAT BURNT UP BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BLOWER MOTOR THEY INSTALLED, IT SHOULD OF BEEN A TWO PHASE BLOWER AND THEY INSTALLED A SINGLE PHASE BLOWER. I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND PUT THE RIGHT BLOWER ON AND ALL I WAS BEING TOLD WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO ANYMORE WORK FOR ME AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY WORKED FOR.
