"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. Bill Roberts did the job, he and his brother Kevin had to come out twice just to do the estimate correctly and naturally it was higher than the original. Bill did the job and as I have heart problems and was not able to go out into the heat I paid him in full. When I realized that the work was not completed I began calling Bill on a fairly regular basis to come out and finish what he had bee

n paid for Bill has made several appointments and showed up once to finish, did not let me know he was leaving and when I went outside the work left was not completed. I called and called him, he apologized and kept giving me more dates that he never showed up for or called to reschedule.. I also had him take measurements to install a new countertop in my kitchen when I couldn't get an estimate he said he had given it to his brother and had not received an estimate as yet that was on 5/7/2015.

My husband and I are senior citizens and I have a heart problem and my husband has Parkinson's disease Bill took advantage of us

 by not completing his work or having the courtesy to return a call and cancel after he made an appointment. Very disappointing and I realize I have no recourse with the money we paid the company but I hope this review helps someone else looking for a contractor. By the way the spa gate is hanging up again Bill didn't even fix that properly now I have no idea about the rest of the work performed.

"We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. "I put a 12' x 33' concrete slab at the back of my house in preparation for a sunroom and then got visits and bids from several installers in the Austin area. In a previous house some years ago I had had a moderately unpleasant experience with a nationally known sunroom installer because of leaks and maintenance and, this time, made careful plans in advance. I considered a wood framed structure but the cost would have been 1.5 - 2.5 time more. I chose Lone Star Patio. They installed a beautiful aluminum sunroom over the slab (11 windows + a cabana door) with electrical outlets/fan/light. Peter Garcia, the owner, had a personal hand in almost everything that got done. He is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The person who manually did the installation, Sean, is a perfectionist (and also a really nice fellow). The electricians - subcontractors - were so good that I will call them myself if I need electrical work. Peter knows how to choose good workers. There were some significant delays but these were due to weather and matters beyond Lone Star Patio's control. There is a 5 year labor warranty from Lone Star Patio + longer materials warranties from Norandex (for the windows) and PGT (for the door). Overall, we are very happy with results and I trust the company to provide maintenance, if it's needed during the warranty periods."
