"Korey Evans, residential roofing, responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He noted our concerns and carefully evaluated our large roof. Aging shingles with some loss of granules and one area of sagging. Roof was eighteen years old and aging as expected in this area of the country. Hail damage was identified. Cause of sagging was discovered and excellent technical recommendations were made to correct the problem. Price estimate was accurate and satisfied our objective of a quality roof at a fair price. The estimate was competitive with other roofing companies with a reputation for quality. I visited inspected four roofs that Woodlands Roofing had completed within the past year or two and liked what I saw. Our homeowners insurer inspected our roof and agreed with hail damage. The price estimate was in line with our insurer's assessment. Amica Mutual also noted some ceiling damage and recommended it be repaired. We began to feel we were in good hands. The roofing job was carefully done under the supervision of Mr. Evans. His crew was experienced and knew how to do their work. In years past, I have help other family members and friends with their roofing projects. The sagging was properly corrected and should never happen again. "I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Bill Roberts did the job, he and his brother Kevin had to come out twice just to do the estimate correctly and naturally it was higher than the original. Bill did the job and as I have heart problems and was not able to go out into the heat I paid him in full. When I realized that the work was not completed I began calling Bill on a fairly regular basis to come out and finish what he had bee

n paid for Bill has made several appointments and showed up once to finish, did not let me know he was leaving and when I went outside the work left was not completed. I called and called him, he apologized and kept giving me more dates that he never showed up for or called to reschedule.. I also had him take measurements to install a new countertop in my kitchen when I couldn't get an estimate he said he had given it to his brother and had not received an estimate as yet that was on 5/7/2015.

My husband and I are senior citizens and I have a heart problem and my husband has Parkinson's disease Bill took advantage of us

 by not completing his work or having the courtesy to return a call and cancel after he made an appointment. Very disappointing and I realize I have no recourse with the money we paid the company but I hope this review helps someone else looking for a contractor. By the way the spa gate is hanging up again Bill didn't even fix that properly now I have no idea about the rest of the work performed.
