Late for appointments or did not show up at all. Got a text after he was supposed to be there.Took numerous appointments to fix the issue.dont have an issue with that. For one appointment nothing was done. Told us if the problem wasnt fixed to call him. It wasnt fixed. That is why he was there. He told me about 2 other projects they could do but never supplied an estimate. Came back to home advisor and hired someone else. Will hire others from home advisor for projects.

We suffered damage from a storm. Garrett had his team out on a Saturday to assess the damage. The home was re-roofed by the next Friday! Roof job and other repairs came out great and my house was clean like nobody was there!

The cost was extremely high for what was done. The pro was there for 20 minutes and applied corking around my roof chimney. It must have cost him $10 to $15 dollars but I was charged $350 for 10 minutes of work. I pray that it fixed the leaking problem I have. The cost does not match the work. Really sad process in my opinion. Also the pro did not validate the work. I would think that they would have tried to confirm that the corking stopped the leak by testing but no testing. Just $350 for corking that took less than 10 minutes. My roof has leaked again. The company will promise to fix your issue and it will continue to reappear. Now I am out of more money. Do Not Hire. Horrible. The issue ended up being the Chimney casing so Deluxe not only charge me extremely high but hey also misdiagnosis the problem. Do not hire. Horrible.

Good job of repairing small issue with roof, however I did not see them listed with BBB so hesitant to hire fro complete roof replace.
