"Hector and his crew came out to do a tile job for me around a back yard pool. They completed the job as scheduled and worked late into the evening to meet the deadline. Everything looks great. Very professional as well."

Our company is family owned and operated. We use very few subcontractors so,that we can give personal service.

"RATINGS: Seemed to go well during his visit but how do I rate when they are turning me away for follow up!! We went through our home warranty we received with our home purchase so paid them $75 which you pay for each claim. They covered part of one problem. So ended up paying $350.00 anyway. Seemed to have fixed these, was satisfied at first since we were desperate to get the pouring water from the outside sprocket fixed. The inside tub faucet began to drip more and more so I called after Thanksgiving (month and half after). They said only warrantied for 30 days. I just wanted to talk to "the nice guy who did the work, Patrick" but he would not return my calls and the office person said to call the warranty company and place another claim. I just wanted to talk to Patrick regarding this problem since he originally fixed it. Another claim for the "same problem'?? So I called again, texted the number I had and they kept sending me the phone number to the Warranty place which I didn't want to bother with. Looked up the website on his business card "[*** Link removed ***] and it comes up in Chinese!!! No google reviews or yelp! Did see they are a 22 yr. business...don't get it!! Bad business? I am big on yelping...can't do that. So, Warranty company paid them and I paid them! He was very nice before he go paid...we all need a plumbers name on hand for emergencies etc. NOT THIS ONE!"

"Our nonprofit organization Open My World Therapeutic Riding Center suffered plumbing damage during the winter storm 2021. We called several plumbers with no response. Upon calling Squared Away Plumbing, not only did they respond quickly during a busy time, but completed the job timely and professional. Also, we appreciate that they took extra time to ensure other pipes were good for future use. We really appreciate them getting us back up and running since we need to serve our disabled clients, volunteers and horses. Thank you!!"

Gas Leak Repair questions, answered by experts

A few factors determine the amount of time it takes to convert from an oil to a gas furnace, mainly adding in the gas lines, updating your appliances, removing the old oil system, and installing a chimney line. These projects can vary, but you should expect them to take at least two or three days to complete.

In some ways, yes, and in some ways, no. As for how they’re the same, propane and gas both burn via the same process, combustion, and at the same temperature, around 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit. The difference is that propane produces more heat per unit than gas. One cubic foot of propane contains 2,516 BTU, while one cubic foot of gas contains 1,030 BTU.

You may want to remove the gas line if it’s unsightly or if it’s causing a problem with future appliances. The downside is if you decide to go back to gas, you would need to run a new gas line to the area.  The average cost to run a new gas line is $550, but the installation can range anywhere from $120 to $1,350.

You will need to hire a professional installation technician or plumber to connect your dryer to your gas line or install a new line. Your gas company may be able to help you find a capable, reputable professional in your area.

A plumber or certified gas technician is responsible for capping gas lines. Gas lines require expertise and understanding of safety standards to ensure it’s properly sealed. Your local regulations may also have specific requirements for capping gas lines.
