"I believe they cut corners. They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. I?ve uploaded photos just to show that I?m not an angry Karen. I?m just very sad that they seem like really nice people, but they were just in it to make a dollar quick work and not quality. I was going to hire them for our company as we are about to be a new homebuilder. I?m glad I experimented on my own house and not what I?m selling. I uploaded pictures to show the paint chipping up off of the garage floor, and then the damage of The wall inside"

"I would highly recommend this company. I had a pretty large job with a house and large shop that, in addition to painting, had some wood rot and needed repairs. CK Paintings Owner, Saul Morales, indicated that they could do the repairs as well as the painting and that the job would take 3 weeks. He delivered on all promises and kept in contact with me on progress and project schedule. He worked with our unique circumstances and still delivered on his promises. He was good with my dogs and made sure they did not "escape" the gate too! I am a person who will often put off doing projects so I will not have to deal with the bad actors out there, but that was far from the case with Mr. Morales. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
