The house looks great. There was a lot of algae on the siding. It was all removed. Only one side of the house had the algae and that was confirmed by Strafford. Gary, very honestly said that only one side of the house really needed the power wash. The job was priced and completed for only the area that needed cleaning. Gary came at the time agreed on and confirmed the work that was to be performed.

Gary was very prompt and did an excellent job. He gave suggestions, while here, as to how to better safeguard and maintain the property. He did a very thorough job.

I was very pleased, especially after I had been stood up twice over two weeks (on an estimate) by a potential contractor. Gary got in touch with me within a few days of my putting out a request for estimates on Angie. He came just when he said he would for the estimate, and was likewise punctual on the day of the job, which was only a few days later. I think what I liked best about him was that he explained everything, always in a friendly and conversational manner. I'm bringing him back for more work based on my satisfaction with his performance on this job.

It went great. Gary returned my initial inquiry call the same day; he came out and provided an estimate when promised; he scheduled a date and then called and offered an earlier date; he addressed issues that went undiscovered at the time of the estimate without concern. Price was as quoted, with additional work done. The result is great. Gary made it fast, neat and easy. Will use only Stafford Pressure Washing from now on.

We were quite pleased with the work! The areas power washed look so clean! We live in a stone and brick colonial on a tree lined street and the leaves, debris and pollen comes from everyone else's yard to ours. Gary went above and beyond in doing what was asked. He saw and advised us about the algae and mildew on the brick side area of the garage which we had gotten so used to we had not asked for work to be done in the original estimate. He also blew off debris from our gutters which have guards on them, and in seeing an area of the back siding of our addition which had fallen loose, he refastened it for us. In addition to making the shed look new again he applied a special wash to the roof to help bring it back to life again! He accommodated us by doing our job on Mother's Day because the weather the day before was so harsh and he did not want to delay our job any longer! It was a delight talking and working with someone as experienced and professional as Gary Strafford!

Gary did a great job!! The entire deck is now totally clean, and the sides of my house (as well as the 3 dormers) are completely white again. He also cleaned a lot of the gutters, downspouts and the windows. Highly recommended..... very professional job!
