"I was very pleased with the quality of the carpentry work but the painter who worked with the carpenter did not do a quality job. Would hire the carpenter again but would not opt to have anything painted."

"The service provided was great. Luis and staff was punctual and cleaned up everyday. They never said "no" on special requests we had. Carlos, the owner, made sure we were happy and oversaw work from start to finish. They do not hire any subcontractors. They provided some valuable home renovation ideas and tips along the way. We already have them return for another project in a few weeks."

"Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to end. We converted a "Texas basement" attic into a 400sqft guest room, craft space, and storage. Mike handled permitting, worked with us on our design, and gave constant updates when scheduling changed. He did a fantastic job of managing the project, and was on-site every day of the project. I would absolutely use Mike for future projects, and have every intention of being a repeat customer."

"He does not represent himself in a true light. He subcontracts the works out. When he does he does not give the subcontractor all the details and fails to know what they are doing. We ended up paying more than what the estimate was."

"We had some heavy work done. They opened up our 1960’s house with a massive beam to give us a large open living space. They also totally changed our closets to give us a main bedroom walk-in that we can really enjoy. They took care of all the permits and hired the sub contractors to get the job done. We will be using them again when we go farther into making this old house our loved home."
