"Requested a quote to install an EV charger outlet in my garage. Great communication and we agreed on the best path for installation. Quote was received later in that today and was accepted a day later. This was on a Monday. Was able to schedule the work for Friday morning and turned out great. Appreciated their communication and would hire again."

"Excellent company to do business with. Ed is awesome. Explains job and how everything works. And the work is done quickly professionally & with care for my property. Would hire again -- and will be!!"

"Very professional. Took as much time as needed to answer questions. Very good attention to detail. Even though a few more rods were needed than originally quoted, they stuck to their original quote price. No surprises. I would highly recommend this company."

"SCL did a complete redo of our outdoor lighting due to the faulty work of a prior contractor. The company is reasonably priced, work completed professionally and timely. The workers are experienced and hard working. I’d recommend this company for all outdoor lighting projects."

"Mr. Donohue is very knowledgeable and has excellent experience in the lightning protection area. He responds quickly and has a very professional team of workers. He quoted the job using google earth information. When he visited the site he reduced his price by over 50%. I highly recommend him and I will use his company again."

"We had lightning rods installed at our home after having 2 previous lightning strikes. The first strike was minor, with only slight damage in the yard. The second was significant when a very large pine tree was hit close to our house causing various electrical issues in the home -- despite having a whole home surge protection system. Just months after having the lightning rods installed, lightning struck an even larger pine tree in our small back yard, Thankfully, the lightning rods saved us! It was a huge strike, and we had no damage at all in the house. These lightning rods were potentially life-saving."

"I had an outstanding experience with this electric company! They were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. The technicians quickly diagnosed the issue at my home and completed the work with great attention to detail. Everything is working perfectly now, and they left the space clean and tidy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical service."

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

"Texas Green Energy did a great job installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an EV Charging Station. After receiving several quotes from local companies I decided on Texas Green Energy and I’m so glad I did. Tommy and his crew came out quickly to give me an initial quote. Along with the quote he did a great job explaining the different options and walking me through exactly what the work would entail. After reviewing all the quotes I received, I decided to go with Texas Green Energy for several reasons. First, they have some really good reviews online and a friend of mine used them, to instal solar panels on his house, and highly recommended them. Second, they were very professional and did a great job communicating with me from the initial request for a quote all the way through the projects completion. Lastly, I felt very comfortable trusting that they would do things the right way. One example of that was on the day of the install Tommy, the project manager, told me he had forgot to include something in the original quote. I thought to myself, “oh boy he’s going to jack up the price on me.” To my surprise he told me that the price he quoted would be the price I would pay. I really appreciated that a handshake and a man’s word was something he really took to heart. On the day of the actual installation they showed up on time and everything went smoothly. The outlet works and looks great and if you didn’t know any better you’d think it had always been there. Before leaving they cleaned up, showed me which breaker in my electrical panel controlled it, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before they left. If you have an EV and want a level 2 charger installed, either hardwired or plug-in, then this is company to call."

"Very prompt response, but I did not require their services."
