+ -1 moreKevin performed the inspection and spent almost 5 hours at my home (including reviewing what he found). He took his time and made sure I understood. He inspected under the house (ours is pier and beam), as well as all electrical, plumbing, etc. He was very thorough and my husband and I are very pleased moving forward with the purchase of our home.
