Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. "We are very pleased with the two bathrooms that were remodeled. Alvin has some great ideas, discuss with him ahead of time. One in particular, a 3/4 shower wall and opening the shower up to the ceiling in a tiny bathroom. It was simple but made a major difference in aesthetics as well as allowing the steam to dissipate quicker. We could not be happier. The tile work in both bathrooms is lovely and well done. Alvin and his crew were good at working clean. They used roll-out cardboard protection for our floors, hanging plastic sheeting to help keep dust down. They stayed on the job until it was done. It was a lot of work and we felt it was done within a reasonable time. Always have a final walk-through."

"I told Jay the issue I was having with my garbage disposal at a rental property of mine. I told him if he could repair it great if not, I’d like to replace it. I would trust his decision. He called to tell me he was able to get it working and then let me know it was 15 years old and it was possible the motor was going out. He did not push me to purchase a new one and that made me trust him. I went ahead and had him install a new one and will call him again for any other issues or repairs that come up."
