Mark spent 14 years working, training and educating his oldest son, Shawn Andrew Gros, the family construction business of home building and remodeling. Shawn then relocated to the wonderful state of Texas where he found himself expanding his construction knowledge into the storm restoration field as a contractor and restoration specialist. Shawn quickly developed a strong passion for this business of being able to combine his love of the construction field with helping others after devastating storms. His work ethic, passion and ambition for the industry led him to the leadership roles of top management positions in some of the biggest construction & restoration companies in the country. In June of 2013, the Gros family unexpectedly suffered a great loss. Mark suddenly passed away from a unexplained heart condition, leaving the family devastated.
