Texas Outdoor Oasis

We contracted and paid for a 6' pool and they only dug a 5'. We dealt with the sales manager and agreed upon a compromise to rectify the situation only to find out 2 months later the deal would not be honored. Now we have to take further, more drastic steps to get this resolved. Too many pool builders out there to risk it

Our backyard is now finished, and we couldn’t be happier with the job Texas Outdoor Oasis did for us! They installed our pool, extended our patio, installed a gorgeous patio cover and an outdoor kitchen. Our backyard is now a beautiful oasis retreat that we are looking forward to enjoying in the years to come! The entire process and experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis from start to finish was incredible! These are great people who go above and beyond for their customers. Before we started, we had over 15 different companies give us estimates. Trust me, let Texas Outdoor do it all! Our experience right from the beginning with Todd Ashmore was outstanding. His outstanding customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is initially what sold us on Texas Outdoor Oasis. Todd was concerned with only 1 thing, what we wanted and how we wanted it. He made sure every step of the way we were happy with the results, and he also made sure that they were delivering everything they promised us. They did for sure. Even though we know we weren’t, Todd made us feel like his only customer. Brian, our project manager was a pleasure to work with and followed up with us at all times throughout the construction process. Days, nights, weekends it didn’t matter. If we had a question or concern, Brian and or Todd responded immediately. We are very impressed with the quality of the work they do, as well as their attention to detail. In comparison to what other companies do, they went above and beyond with attention to detail, additional steps and quality to ensure their finished product was of the highest quality possible. Impeccable service, great people, unbelievable quality, gorgeous results!!! Let me save you a whole bunch of time……Call no one else but Texas Outdoor Oasis!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The designer. Tommy, took our vision and made a great plan which was well presented. Casey was our Project Manager. Once the project was started, the timeline went well. Some small changes in the plans were made after discussions with the Project Manager. It was great to have the ability to have a professional who listened to our ideas, and give us some ideas as well. All of the construction workers on the project were professional and provided quality work. The budget and deadlines were met. This project far exceeded our expectations. We got 6 bids. All had different  plans, material and price. $15,000 was the lowest bid and $40,000 was the highest. Casey from Texas Outdoor Oasis was by far the most professional even in the bid and planning stages. He was prompt and friendly and his price wasn't the highest or lowest. We had to use a structural engineer for our wall so it was a bit more complicated and added to our price, but Casey handled it all. The wall runs the length of the alley which caused the alley to be blocked on and off while trucks or equipment were loading or unloading. His workers were contentious of our immediate neighbors trying to enter or exit their driveways. Casey estimated the job would take 3 weeks and it did, they completed it on time!  His workers worked 6 days a week, worked hard, and built us a beautiful wall. Multiple neighbors have commented on how well built and attractive the retaining wall is. We are beyond pleased with the work by Texas Outdoor Oasis!

The construction manager they had then wasn’t good and they since got rid of him.  I am not sure what happened but I needed some follow-up work done and they said he was no longer there.  The quality of the work done was lower than, below average.  They had a better price and that is what made me choose them.  When I was trying to get a quote and following up an outstanding item from them, they could have handled it a lot better, so I probably will not use them again.
