"Original service call was prompt and professional. Unfortunately after waiting over 6 weeks, every shutter size was incorrect. After taking a day off of work for this installation, I was completely frustrated. They rushed to re-make the shutters and installation eventually happened within a week. Also, the quality of the shutters are low, and don't match the quality of the other shutters in my house and this was a specific request from me."
