He noticed a defect that we did not, and ripped down the film to start over on one of the windows. We got heat reduction film on our rear windows, 5% light transmission, and it looks and feels killer. Absolute privacy from outside, with absolutely 0 visibility to the inside until your face is on the glass, and the clarity to the pool and yard from inside is perfect.
