I had other quote from other companies and they showed me they are competitive with their price. When the 2- men crew showed to do the work, they were fast and efficient. "Steve came by to measure my windows. After he was done, he used his tablet to send me an email with a PDF invoice for the services, which included all of the window measurements and costs. I was really impressed with the company's cost transparency, since I had another window tinting company come out before and they only provided me with an invoice - and not the window measurements.  The installers came on time and were very professional. The installation took place on 1/7. On 1/15 I received an email with a paid invoice acknowledgement and information regarding a government tax credit. On 1/23, I received an email with the tag "Huper Optik Warranty Registration Confirmation."  Overall I am very satisfied.

"Contacted Allstar a week before installation to get an estimate. Spoke with Liz that morning. She promised to get me an estimate by 2 pm that afternoon. Chris and Liz came by house to measure and provided me an estimate as promised before 2 pm. Agreed for Allstar to do the work on Saturday and screens were made and installed by the following Wednesday. This husband/wife team were very professional, prompt, and courteous. Price was reasonable after doing some price comparison . The installer Brian also had excellent customer service skills. Will be calling them back to complete the back windows of my home.
