He is very friendly and he does the job because he cares for what he knows and how he can provide service. Very reasonable price and provide the detailed info what needs to be done. I do highly recommend Hi Tech SPA and utilizing Chuck's expertise if you have above ground SPA and needs repair or services. He comes to your house even if it is weekend which is very different than these high price pool service companies that they work 9 to 5 weekly. He came to my house on Sunday morning and he told me what I needed and provide price as well. He ordered the materials and installed when the materials came. "Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. "I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts.
