"I used Cambridge Doors and Windows Inc. a few years ago to replace my back door and door jamb. The work was done to perfection. I had Cambridge paint the door with a color to match the rest of my home trim and the paint job was so smooth that I have had guest and other contractors ask who painted the door. I also went with the high end Emtek hardware which you will not find at Home Depot or Lowes. This year it was time to replace the front door and door leading to the garage, plus the door jambs. I called Mike for suggestions as he is very good at recommending door styles to fit the style of the home. He suggested changing the frame around the door to a more current simple contemporary style and I went with it and am very pleased. I am eagerly waiting on my front door to arrive and be installed, but the garage door is in place and looks fabulous. I looked a a lot of doors from the catalogs and did not care for any of them. Mike showed me a new door that recently arrived for another client and it was 'The Door'. This is a great company!!! We enjoy having easy to operate sashes for those breezy days in spring and fall that Houston permits. My home is typical of west side suburbs built in 1996. These homes are hastily built on a slab with low grade materials and cutting corners is sport dodging building inspectors. We met Ashley Walkes in our home and he was very informative. He talked us through numerous options and discussed at length window anatomy with excellent recommendations in our own interests for the house. We settled on the order and job details in late July and made the install in early October after Hurricane Michael receded. Our job was a long list of particulars with respect to each window. Ashley handled the order without issue or encumbering us with concerns. When the install started there was a dedicated and hardworking four-man crew every day for the entire time which took one week to complete. Numerous problems were encountered during old window extraction due to unconventional construction techniques employed years past. Billy and Mark engineered repairs around the window openings with calculated practice and methodical work ethic. Paul and Tyler were unphased and carried out tasks with deft efficiency. We were very pleased with attention to detail the entire crew afforded our job. The job completed as expected, on time, and per bid. In summary, the windows were delivered and installed with very good workmanship and without undue delays. The quality of the product is as advertised and with definite improvement. Two windows didn’t survive the journey to Texas but one replacement has already been installed and the other is scheduled. "Gearold White and his co-worker showed up right on time to do the job.  I have a lot of concrete, three large driveways, side walks, and a large concrete area surrounding my in ground pool.  All of this concrete had turned black with mold and dirt, and had become very unsightly.  They proceeded to put down a cleaner/mold killer on all the pavement, and then used large buffer machines to scrub the cleaner in and remove the mold/black build up.  Gearold also took it a step further, and when going by any fixed object (out door lamps, patio windows, ect...) he would hit them with the pressure washer and spiff them up just because he could!  I can't say enough good about this man, and his work ethics.  I would recommend him to anyone, and would not worry in the least about what their experience with him would be like.
