The electrician was not a certified electrician so had to deal with the company and they gave me really hard time to get the company provide a proof of repair so that I could provide it to the bank for mortgage. Even though I clearly told them at the beginning that I needed a certified electrician due to a loan application and they told me all their technicians were certified but at the end they try to avoid to provide a proof of repair from their technician because the technician was not licensed/certified.

The electrician was prompt, communicated well and worked a long time to replace my panel. His work was very tidy and organized and he cleaned up all of the resulting mess. Did not try upselling to a fancier item. This went about as well as could be expected.

They were not familiar with the Home Advisor program as I ended up being double billed by the contractor and Home Advisor. Had to get this cleared up

The technician advised that he was unable to do the job I wanted. (Someone else did it the next day.) The trip charge for the useless visit was almost $400.

Installed lights and additional service in my shed. Also replaced a bathroom fan and fixed a ceiling fan switch. Did good work.

Installed 4 recessed lights in a high ceiling room. Looks much better!

Jeremy and Durell were prompt, professional, and ended up doing more than originally contracted for which was very helpful. I will definitely hire them again when needed and highly recommend them.

Hired on 4/1. Was first given a definitive time by the office girl, only later to be given a 3-hour window of time. The company later corrected this when I stayed I would have to reschedule for a more reasonable time period. The electricians came at the original time. What I am MOST DISTURBED ABOUT is they caused a crack in my ceiling( did pendant lights) and did not fix it. I pointed it out to Jeremy, the Head Electrician, He wanted to deny that they did it but I reminded him that he did not see one before they started work. He said someone would be sent to fix it. I called the next day to tell him I had found ceiling paint. He stated that his boss Adil know about this as he had been informed. Today, 4/15, I have heard nothing from you. this company. They have moved on! Electricians are supposed to be able to do some repairs but this EXPENSIVE company decided that this 79-year-old customer could climb up on a ladder and fix the CRACK THEY CAUSED! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Excellent response to our request. We were given a concise and understandable estimate. Work started when promised and was completed on schedule. Quality of materials and work were excellent.

Crooked outlet which was the end of the main job. The outlet was placed between two other wall plates, it was spaced out just fine however last night when I looked at it as I was plugging in a light I noticed about at least a 3 degree tilt which becomes more obvious as the other plates are parallel to it and straight.

Mr. Steele and his assistant communicated well, came on time and completed the installation of 3 ceiling fans and 2 outlets with efficiency. They maintained COVID-19 restrictions. I will hire them again if we have further electrical needs.
