Our stained glass was coming apart in multiple ways and we were one door slam away from having shattered glass in our entry way. Thankfully we don't have grumpy teenagers (yet). He then took the glass back to his studio, rebuilt the lead pieces, rebuilt a few cracked glass pieces, properly built a support bar, and two weeks later, popped it right back into our front door. "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
