"I placed a request on Service Magic for window replacement when all that I needed was the glass panes replaced (Ididn't know you could just fix the glass!). We scheduled an appt. with Matt who was very professional on the phone. Once he arrived, we figured out pretty quickly that I had requested the wrong kind of service. However, he was very friendly -- even stuck around and chatted even though we'd wasted his time! He provided us with a recommendation for another company that could help us. We'll certainly contact Legacy Exteriors if we ever do need windows replaced."
