"Miguel is a professional. He installed baseboards, doors and hardware as well as cabinets in a timely manner. I would use him again if I need work done at my house."

With a broad but generous experience in engineering, homebuilding is one of my many strengths and preferred areas of construction. Highly skilled worker with plenty drywall experience across my living area, I’m a recommendable person recognized by my openness, clarity and honesty.

I spent eight years serving in the U.S. Navy Construction Force, where I developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. I take pride in every project I take on and approach each job with professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability.\n\nMy experience includes framing, plumbing, electrical work, painting, landscaping and yard maintenance, general repairs, and cleaning. Whether it’s a large project or a small task, I believe in doing the job right, maintaining a clean and professional work environment, and completing every project in a timely manner.

"Awesome job! Thank you! My ceiling fan wasn’t working for months, he fixed it right up!"

"Chris has been performing on call maintenance for our rental properties in Kingsville for two years. He has always been easy to reach and readily available to perform the work. Chris helps us make informed decisions about maintenance issues and lays out several recommended plans of action. He performs his work with exceptional professionalism, going above and beyond to provide an excellent product. I have trusted him with keys to my properties and to interact with my tenants as a direct representative of us while we manage from a distance. If you need handyman services in Kingsville or the surrounding areas, Chris is your guy!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"They did what they agreed to do and more! Top quality! They are not happy until you are happy. Highly recommend!"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
