I only needed the gate put back onto my fence. I knew the gate was still perfectly usable and money is super tight right now. These guys were the only ones willing to try to use the existing gate to save money for now. They also gave me a reasonable price. Every other place I talked to wanted double or more and some even said I had to replace the whole fence or else no gate for me. They showed up perfectly on time and got the gate done very quickly and even were able to use existing wood I already had. Not one other company was willing to even try to meet my needs. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this company. Anytime we need anything done with our house or fence, this is who we will be calling first.

Great, him and his crew figured out how to install my lights, a kit they were not familiar with like professionals.

He answered my questions in a timely manner, started and finished the project per our agreement. Abel and his team did great. Even ordered the lights for me and arrived at the time he said. Also, I told him I had a door that wasn’t closing properly and he took the time to fix that issue as well. Will definitely be using Maldonado C. Fix It Up for my next home project.

Abel and his crew performed all tasks listed above to our satisfaction at the prices he quoted. Abel always personally inspected his crew’s work to insure it met his high quality standards. We also appreciated the curtesy shown to us by Abel, his wife, Imelda, and the crew throughout the project. Communication with the crew requires some Spanish language capability but Abel and especially Imelda are fluent in the English. We would hire Abel Maldonado again.

Definitely a five star review. Two back porch cedar posts sustained water damage, requiring replacement. Abel’s crew completed the work on time, on budget and the installation looked outstanding. We have had pretty good results with tradesmen (electrician, HVAC, plumbing), but our experience with general contractors these past few years has not measured up. Following the initial repair, we contracted Abel to come into the home to complete more detailed projects. Separate reviews will be shared upon completion. However, every day the crews show on time and work confidently, competently and thoughtfully. Maldonado was prompt and helpful in his communications. He has many years of expertise in waterproofing basements, walls, foundations, so he had good suggestions, options for us. His employees sealed the wall of our building with Polyguard, then removed a lot of gravel and soil, to dig the French drain. They installed road base material, then composite mats, then installed large PVC pipes with holes designed to gather rainwater at the level of our building's foundation, wrapped in a permeable filter fabric, and to move rainwater away from the building. His four employees worked diligently for three days. The pipe etc, was covered with gravel. The work was done on schedule. The price was fair. They hauled away all the removed soil, etc. We tested the French drain with a water hose and it worked perfectly: the water was gathered by the underground pipe and redirected away from the building, without any pooling of water by the building's wall. It also worked well when rain came. His contract was an accurate plan of the work carried out. This drain is essential for when minor or major flooding happens. I would hire again. Thank you!!!

Mr. Maldonado came out on a Monday to provide a quote and started and completed the work on Wednesday of the same week. The crew did an excellent job and were polite and accommodating. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.
