Anthony is very service oriented . We are delighted with out TV antenna installation . He was so prompt, polite and competent.

The price is high. I am continually calling customer service because my TV service drops, and then they want to come out sometimes with 8 hours waiting. They are responsive. They don't give you a decent window to come in, they say they will be there sometime between 8am and 8pm.

I contacted them for some led tv installations. At first they said they would call me back but they didn't. So I spoke with a lady and she couldn't set me up with something. Just plain bad service with these people.
