With Gutierrez Design Solutions, LLC, you get to choose if you want 2-D plans, or 3-D plans. 2-D plans are more cost-effective, but 3-D plans give you much more detail, allowing you to see what your new home, remodel or business is going to look like before you invest more money into your project. "They sent the color choices and directions promptly. I was a little nervous about doing the measuring and making a pattern without assistance so procrastinated a bit. Once I sent in the order details I had hoped I would hear back with an estimated delivery time, but that didn't happen. However, I was in no hurry, so I didn't even really pay attention to how long it took. Maybe a few weeks. Not sure."

"The 2 owners (Mike and Mike) called first to let me know they were on their way; arrived on time; were very pleasant; repaired and serviced both my sprinkler system and landscape lighting system, including making a trip to get needed parts. After completing the job (2-3 hours), they handed me the invoice, which literally seemed so low that I asked if they made a mistake -- if I was under-charged. They explained that all of the labor was included in the $80 service charge to inspect the irrigation system. I thanked them and informed them that they are now my new sprinkler/lighting guys. I will use them from now on, and I highly recommend them."

They are definitely the most knowledgeable and very professional. Learning they are a family owned business, their attention to detail and design is phenomenal. They walked me through the entire process and educated me on what professional lighting truely is. I feel like I walk out to my own 5-Star resort every time I go to my backyard. The quality of the fixtures they installed are great and the are backed with a manufacturers warranty. Speaking of warranty and the level of customer service, my neighbor and friend had a system installed several years ago. He had a bulb go out, called Enhanced Outdoor Lighting since bulbs are warrantied as well, Dan was there within a couple of days to replace and handled the warranty replacement himself. Wow!
