Welcome to Masullo Improvements! We have been serving the Central Texas area for the past 25 years. We do all types of contracting and landscaping work, but our focus is decks and fencing. e for both closets. The soffit was not closed on the South side of the house. The Hardy board above the rock wall was not finished on the South side of the house. The porch roof on the west side of the house was not closed and the roof under the porch was left open to the attic allowing insects and animals access to our attic. He also had the roofers install a skylight in the South East side of the roof to allow light to come into another bathroom that had a window removed to allow the other bathroom to be added on the other side. This skylight was never boxed in or finished. It does a great job lighting up the attic but no light in the bathroom that lost its window. He also never repainted the wall or repaired the cuts in the ceiling he made in this bathroom when he was building onto the addition.
This man is a smooth talker, and very congenial and polite but if you hire him, only pay him small amounts. Do not agree with the terms of payment he puts forth to you. They may seem OK at first but in the long run he does not finish the job and does not come back. We just could not take the delays or no shows when he said he was coming any longer.
