"We hired Mr. Faisal, and his company Allen, Morgan & Shields LLC (AM&S), to perform a Turnkey Installation of a Video Surveillance Security Camera System at one of our Townhomes property because they specialize in Wireless Technology to transmit the video back to the Main Office from the outlying buildings.  AM&S provided us an initial Proposed Camera Layout and a detailed Cost Breakdown without any obligation and they worked with us to meet our budgetary constraints while maximizing the video surveillance camera coverage. The knowledge, experience, integrity, and professionalism displayed from our first meeting over 2 years ago while we were doing a complete rehab of the Townhomes property to finally begin the project and complete it in August 2020 showed a lot of patience on their part.  The AM&S Techs did a superb job of building an infrastructure of conduits to carry the cables and hide them neatly and then install the cameras in a very professional manner.   What impressed me the most is that they treated my project as if it is their own project.  Every suggestion made by Mr. Faisal was to our benefit, and I am especially thankful to him to suggest upgrading to the Full Color 24/7 cameras. They even added 2 cameras at their own expense as they felt a lack in coverage in 2 areas not covered in the original design and plan.  The best part has been the service after the sale as Mr. Faisal is always available to answer any questions or assistance we may need with the Video Surveillance Security Camera System.  I give them a 10 for the Hardware, the Installation and for their Service! "A bit conflicted on how I feel. First off, the gentlemen who did the work were awesome! Fast, efficient, polite, professional, courteous...outstanding. My problem, however, involves the fact that I purchased the 4 recessed light installation offer after asking SPECIFICALLY if it would cost more to have them also remove the fluorescent light box. The response was "no." I was very clear in my request. However, once the installers arrived and called the office about the light box, I was charged an additional $100 to have the box removed. I was too prepared to have the work done to argue about the additional price, and would LIKELY have paid it up front had they been honest from the get-go. All-in-all, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's the primary reason why I gave them lower scores on professionalism and price. The offer also mentioned a "comprehensive electrical inspection." That is VERY misleading, because all they do is make sure the lights they installed work. Note: their package does NOT include drywall repair, so I have a huge mess in my ceiling and am no looking forward to the added cost of hiring someone to repair that. If you don't have to have any lighting removed, there should be no drywall issues for you, however. I would like to think my experience was an anomaly, so I might consider using them again, as the quality of the work was mostly fine."
