"I think he actually delivered the plans June, 1st.  I wouldn't use them again. I would have liked them to have been more proactive. He basically just took my ideas and made the design and as a person that is not an expert in that field, I would have appreciated more of his expertise rather than him just taking my ideas and doing his design on them."

And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
