"After discovering mold growing out of one of our vents, we used Angie's List to call 5 companies for quotes. TakeAir was the only company that took several pictures of the vent and actual AC unit. Avi sat and talked with my husband and I about the problem, explained our options, and pricing, including warranties. They had the longest warranties for their services, which gave use the impression that they back their work. We scheduled with them on Thanksgiving (yes, they were available for us to contact with any questions). They came out Sunday and worked diligently from 10:30am-3pm. They covered our furniture and belongings to ensure that it wouldn't get dirty. They took our vents off and washed them, cleaned the boxes, intakes, ducts and unit. After washing, they sanitized and installed the UV light system to prevent the problem from occurring again. They cleaned up afterwards. The smell of our house is wonderful after they used their organic solution. We are extremely pleased from the initial call, schedule for quote, questions, schedule for job, and actual job. "Great job, thoroughly cleaned both plenums (in and out), reattached ducts after cleaning (from plenum down and from duct grills up), duccts repositioned in the attic, blower disconnected and taken down for thorough cleaning. All furniture and stuff was vinyl-sheet covered. Vents were repositioned correctly. House smells fresh now. Fast, clean, efficient. Reasonable also, easy to work with. "Rogelio and came out to inspect the job and provided a quick quote and turnaround to spray foam insulate a sub floor of an add-on room and bathroom that had never been insulated and to seal and insulate the attic. Day 1 they showed up on time with professional equipment and spent a good 10 hours spray foam and taping every gap in the attic, adding baffling to control air movement and blowing in non toxic cellulose insulation to recommended r value. The house was so tight after completing the attic that it became pressurized a when we close doors and now the house literally stays below 73° all day when the thermostat is at 79°>. It's incredible... Then they went to work under the house again, using to of the line equipment, safety and professionalism to seal up every gap, every air pocket, insect route I to the house and completely insulate the subfloor to a minimum required r-13. They worked nonstop and without any issues whatsoever. thanks guys!"
