Daniel Martinez and team did a great job installing an Attic Depot 30 watt solar fan and blown-in insulation to raise the level of insulation to at least 14 inches. Looks like a winter wonder land in our attic. Ryan Adams, franchisee, gave us a very competitive fair quote. Although they offer financing, he did give us a cash discount. Make sure you ask about senior citizen and/or military discounts as well. Amanda back in the office makes sure the lines of communication between all parties is top notch!

From the time the Koala representative contacted me to give an estimate, to the day of install, they were very informative. The 2 teams that did the work were on time and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They made sure to clean everything up after they finished the job. Not only did they show me hot spots and loss of air conditioning due to old (1978) insulation, but recommended the most effective process to guarantee my family comfort. My closet was always hot but my room cool. My sons room was 50/50 hot and cool. My kitchen was 50/50 hot and cool. All issues have been professionally repaired. I am glad I called them at the start of summer. I can feel a difference in the coolness of my house, and should have a lower electric bill due to this preventive maintenance repair.
