"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"When I started my project I really wasn’t sure what I wanted except the old shower and bathtub gone and replaced with a walk-in shower and cabinet where the old shower was. Talking with Dan he started asking questions and suggested options. He was right on with what I wanted and didn’t realize. Took popcorn off ceiling, removed wallpaper, retextured walls, replaced old cabinets, tiled floor. He talked with me throughout the project on any problems that arose and answered questions I had as he proceeded through the project. They were very professional and cleaned up after each days work. I would recommend him and use him again in the future."

Ryan and/or Nick were at the house on a daily basis to check in with us, their crew and review the quality of the work being done. Communication from Ryan and Nick was outstanding. We always knew what work was coming up and who would be doing it before it took place. They were also very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. "Everything went on schedule, I liked the way the contract was drawn up and the 2 workers he sent to do the new siding and my new covered patio deck, they did the job with great quality and care every detail was checked over and over, Carlos and his crew helped me eith paint colors and the stain color for my new covered deck, I will be using them again in the future to do the total inside, anytime I made a change to the plan he immediately sent me an updated contract so we both understood what was to be done, I would highly recommend"

"I made multiple attempts to contact this company and never received the courtesy of a response. Perhaps my initial job was not big enough. I just purchased my home and have a multitude of updates I plan to do within the next year but wanted to start with interior painting with sheet rock repairs and install a French door that required cutting out the existing wall, framing in the door then painting the interior before moving on to replacing 900 sq feet of wood flooring. Phase two would be to update kitchen and bathrooms..... however, if I can't get a response for a "small" job then I can't trust a response for a big job."
