"Recommended by a friend in the home construction field, so I did not seek other estimates. I knew very much what I wanted done. He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields.
