"Recommended by a friend in the home construction field, so I did not seek other estimates. I knew very much what I wanted done. He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job.
