"Saul Jacob and his daughter were available a bit earlier than scheduled, which worked great for me.  The work was done in a professional manner and for the price on the deal coupon I had purchased from Angie's List.  The fan works great as installed; no issues with his work.  
Saul prefers to provide service to residential customers.  He considers a condominium building, such as I live in, as a commercial building rather than a residential building, which surprised me. He honored the coupon but planned to remove it due to confusion over "residential."  I checked above that I would not use this provider in the future because of this company's preference to work only in single family residential situations.
