Owner has 45 years experience. We do both residential & commercial remodeling specializing in kitchens and bath remodels. We are licensed, bonded and insured. On larger project we take weekly draws against completed work - no up-front money. We are members of the BBB with an A+ rating.We have six employees and one office manager and utilize a number of sub-contractors to handle most any project you have.

"The work was beautiful upon completion. Just shy of a year after construction was completed, the seam of the add-on began to leak. James was called and came out to take a look. He and a few guys added caulk ( I assume - wasn't told) to try and fix the issue. Shortly thereafter, we had another bout of storms and the seam still leaked. James was called once more and stated that he had never had this issue before. He came out again and then stated that the problem was the roof slant/chimney and would need another approximately $4,000.00 dollars to fix. Needless to say, not happy with that one."

Yes, finishing concrete can be difficult to achieve a perfect result, although most people can finish concrete. This can be done for relatively little money—skim coating costs an average of $600—and can be a simpler way to smooth a wall versus removing texture. Since you apply the skim coat directly on the texture, it is a faster process than removing the underlying texture altogether.  

Concrete overlay and concrete resurfacing are both concrete repair options. The terms are used interchangeably, and the meaning can vary from contractor to contractor. An overlay normally involves a thicker layer of new concrete over the old slab, which can last longer and add structural integrity to the old concrete. Resurfacing involves a thinner layer of concrete or resurfacing material and is for cosmetic upgrades only.

The biggest downside to resurfacing concrete is its lifespan. Concrete resurfacing lasts for five to ten years, on average, while a new concrete slab would last for 20 to 30.
