"FSS finished our house repairs within 5 days. They are affordable and priced competitively. FSS offers lifetime warranty. They answered our questions and respond to us in a timely manner. The crew covered main areas to reduce dust to minimal. They even cleaned up after the end of each day and asked us if we had any further questions. Holes were covered up to ensure safety. When job was completed, the holes were either covered up with cement or dirt, depending on the area where the hole was dug or drilled. I recommenced FSS, there professional and prompt."

"John from Baird Foundation came to give me an estimate on repairs needed. He measured each room and also checked the entire outside perimeter of the house. He answered all my questions and explained the entire process of foundation repairs needed. He offered to make the same presentation to my husband at our convenience. John returned and again explained the process to us addressing all our concerns. He explained the difference between their steel piers and other methods of foundation repair. The work was started after the holidays. However, it had to be stopped because the static test of the drain system performed by plumber failed indicating one or more leaks under the foundation. The plumber recommended contacting our insurance company to determine if the work might be covered by our policy. I was told by insurance company to halt work until claim was investigated and processed. I called Baird Foundation to ask if someone could bring plywood to cover open holes until work could be resumed. They responded immediately. I contacted Amber in the office periodically over the course of several weeks to give her updates on our insurance claim. At long last, the engineer hired by the insurance company made his inspection and indicated to me foundation repairs could be restarted. I contacted Amber and their crew, led by Juan and Diego, came within a few days. Work was resumed. Crew was awesome, professional, hard-working, and superbly cleaned area after work.

Ensure there’s a way to flush out excess water from the generator. There will either be a bin you can pull to dump water down the drain or a simple button if your generator is hooked up to a drainage pipe.
Ideally, you’ll want to drain after every shower, but there will be a mark on the generator that shows how much water it can hold. Failing to drain the generator can lead to automatic shut-offs or damage.
You can replace a spigot handle by unscrewing it from the outdoor faucet. Take the broken handle to a hardware or home improvement store. Ask for a new handle that matches the size of your existing one. Screw the new handle into the place and test the new handle to ensure it works and doesn’t cause any leaks.
Due to the exposed plumbing, pedestal sinks are more challenging to install than traditional closed vanities. Pedestal sinks may also require additional floor and wall support or demolition. However, if you have the correct plumbing in place, then installing a pedestal sink is pretty straightforward and can be completed in a day. However, it’s best to hire a professional sink installer to ensure it’s done correctly.
Yes, the acidic nature of baking soda and vinegar can potentially damage your pipes over time. While baking soda and vinegar can be a good fix for your clogged pipes, you shouldn’t get in the habit of using the mixture regularly. If you’re constantly having clogs, it’s best to call a plumber and find out if there’s something more serious going on with your plumbing.
Yes, there are different size sink drains, but a 1 ½-inch-diameter drain is the most common modern drain size. However, some sink drains are 2 inches or 3 inches in diameter. A bathroom sink drain is 1 ¼ inches in diameter, and kitchen sink drainpipes are 1 ½ inches in diameter.
