"Beware!! As you can see high voltage electric cables were installed through a rough, sharp sheet metal housing without the proper circle grommet. This is a clear and present danger to myself and future service workers. It only takes a small amount of pressure to cut through the wire sheath and cause a catastrophic situation. This is a safety violation and I urge you to have your HVAC inspected if Evans did the installation Also, I was charged for work not performed."

"Charged me $350.00 to install a $18 transformer. Spent less than 30 minutes on property total, Two trips. Didn't check anything else, clean coils check condensing unit- NOTHING. Asked them to adjust the gas for the furnace heat start and they said they didn't have the tools. It takes a screwdriver. I think it was-I don't know how. When I asked their office about the outrageous fee, I was rudely scolded and told they were the cheapest in town."
