The end of this phase results in a 1/4"scale computer-generated floor plan (which includes furniture layout schematics), front and rear exterior elevations, electrical plan layout and site plan. Allotted time is for 5 to 7 meetings averaging 1 to 2 hours each. Meeting time thereafter is billed at $100.00 per hour.
