"Had several problems with Empire in the past. The carpet install person used my bathrooms and got sick. I was stuck having to call a plumber after he was sick in my restroom. I asked them not to even use my bathroom again."

"I recently hired Bill and his associate to come out and clean my carpets because my landlord required professional carpet cleaning. Bill was fantastic. He was very personable and efficient. He also had another gentleman with him (I do not remember his name), and he was also fantastic. They both completed all four of my rooms in about an hour. Very reasonable pricing, as well. Highly recommend this company!!"
