Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote. He then left to get the required parts and returned and completed the projects. Mr. Soto takes his time and it is obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship! I will be using him again.

High mark-up on outlets so if you might have bad ones pre-buy. Pre-buy before install as much as possible even if you think you don't need, this avoids inflated part cost."
