Unique custom installation of a commercial roll up door operator. Tommy had a great background of experience to draw on to complete our installation. Very satisfied.

The technician came in, he was very professional, and completed his job all but one task. He has not done this yet after 4 weeks. He is now asking for more money to finish the job, I told him to forget it. Debbie, the woman I spoke with initially has been MIA. JJ, another installer, has made 3 appointments, and has failed to follow through on any of them, and now wants more money to finish the job. I would call them a fly by night company.

Wow! There isnâ t enough space to write all the things that I can say about this company. Not only are they the most professional, but they are friendly, caring and honest people Iâ ve met in awhile. Deborah the owner, talking about restoring your faith back in humanity sheâ s one of the the greatest. Bill was on time, and he came prepared, my door looks brand new, and it will probably out last me. But most of all, there was no hidden charges or fees, and thatâ s a big deal for us, because we are senior citizens and she respected that fact also. My definition of PDQ is a Pleasant Delightful and Qualified company. It was my first time using them but it will not be my last.

Ray came over got it fixed, no upselling, no misdiagnosing, Ray knew after 5 minutes on the phone on a Friday night at 7Pm, and had it fixed by noon on Saturday morning. Truly impressed with the way this turned out. Thanks Ray and PDQ.

PDQ did an excellent job of replacing the torrison springs. Checked the motor and limits and lubricated the rollers

Did great work. Was knowledgeable about the garage door opener but he was fixing. Explain big issue in what needed to be done to fix it.

Raymond gave me a quote to replace a garage door spring that broke. I quote was competitive and he was local. Raymond was able to come the same day and repair my garage door. He also adjusted the other door spring as well. I would recommend Raymond for all garage door repairs. I will use him again when needed.

Fast and economic

My experience was amazing. I had no idea what to expect when my garage door would not open. They let me know when they would be there and showed up when he said. He got the door working quickly and for minimal cost. He also taught me how to make sure it didn’t happen again. I will be going to them for any issues I have moving forward.
