"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They took out an old, ratty patio and replace it with a new, covered one. Quality was excellent (the ceiling was not the best quality, so it was replaced). The roof blended into my existing one such that no seams could be detected. The pavers used for the floor resulted in excellent overall strength and appearance. They took a week longer than planned, but the weather was a factor. The installation is according to code, that is resistant to a major hurricane. Once I figure out what I'm doing next, I'll have them back."
