"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Chris and Liz came by house to measure and provided me an estimate as promised before 2 pm. Agreed for Allstar to do the work on Saturday and screens were made and installed by the following Wednesday. This husband/wife team were very professional, prompt, and courteous. Price was reasonable after doing some price comparison . The installer Brian also had excellent customer service skills. Will be calling them back to complete the back windows of my home.
