"Work went smoothly. Mike was really helpful"

I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.

"David was right there for us! He installed them in no time. I would recommend Prestige Awnings to anyone!!"

"Bob at Sunlight Exteriors did a beautiful job. His team replaced my leaking patio cover and extended it. And, instead of leaving it nailed to the facia of the house, as it was before, they mounted it even more securely to the rafters in the roof."

"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"Materials were great quality. Workmanship was very good. Price was very fair. This deck has style that I didn't expect ."

"I first hired Yanny and his team (a very nice couple) for an outdoor shed installation and they did a fantastic job!! They checked first for what I would like and my budget, suggested the best way to lay the base, and importantly they provided good quality of work! I am so pleased with their work that I continued to hire them for additional projects, including fence repair, front door step repair, an entire house exterior painting, and an old door replacement. They have excellent skills, positive altitude, great communication, and always on time for the job. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again."

"Guerra group is the best! I would highly recommend them for any roofing or construction needs. The staff is very professional and definitely know what they are doing. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced hands down. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and I’ll be using them in the future for sure."

"The work was done very well. I like the fact that my trees were not scalped and hacked. My only problem was that the appointment was not scheduled by the office staff and the crew showed up without notice."

".They came out and did our fence.  They came out on the first of this month.  They put up a fence around our house. He was good and he did a great job. I would recommend them.  They did a good job.  I have nothing negative to say.  The price was reasonable and he was able to start when I wanted him to start."
