"I contacted 4 companies to inspect my foundation and quote any recommended repairs. The quotes ranged from 6 to 16 piers, and $4K to $14K. While there were some similarities, there was a LOT of discrepancy between the work needed, what was included or extra, etc. I decided to obtain my own Structural Engineering report, and HIGHLY recommend CROSSTOWN ENGINEERING. Crosstown is completely independent and unbiased; they donâ t repair foundations and were not trying to sell me anything. They are professional, friendly and found an opening the next day. The engineer simply evaluated the property and provided a detailed report stating, â the foundation is performing as intended and we do not recommend foundation repairs at this time.â Best $400 Iâ ve ever spent! I have confidence in their findings, and I saved a LOT of money! If I have any concerns in the future, Crosstown will be my FIRST call!"

"Well. A plumber came to perform the plumbing test before and after the piers. They arrived on time and the crew got to work immediately. They lifted the house noticeably. Integrity had the structural engineer I had hired come back out to check the work that same day."

"They had to do the soil test before they could decide how to design the structure. The thing that stands out is the knowledge that they have of structural engineering and honesty. By honesty I mean they don't lie by admission or position, in other words they are very straightforward and knowledgeable."

"Willie and his team were excellent. Willie has a lot of experience; listened to our needs and offered solutions to meet those needs. When they started working for us, they worked everyday until the project was finished. Willie consistently communicated and kept us aware of any changes/updates pertinent to the project. The work they did was high quality - they take extreme pride in being the Basement Kings and it shows."
