"Michael Akins was our project manager and did an phenomenal job. Since the job was done as result of hail damage to the roof, Michael was helpful from initial contact with State Farm and was present when the claims adjuster completed his inspection. Once we got through the claim process, the job went extremely well without any problems, they came, they roofed, they cleaned up - overall very satisfied with the roof, and even more the customer service throughout the process."

"Encountered problems from the construction of the house with the plumber the builder used.  Calahan had to reconstruct the shower floor  
to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"

Once you have your garbage disposal disconnected, you can remove the mounting bracket by unscrewing the bolts that are holding the bracket. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
