"Absolute waste of time and money. I scheduled a very simple job - replace two exterior wall sconces (porch lights) with two new ones. The old ones work fine, we just want to update the look. Scheduled service for a date and time and acknowledged there is a $69 service/trip fee which is waived if you have them do the work; no problem. They even called day-of to see if tech could come out earlier than scheduled, which worked fine. When tech arrived, I explained the very straightforward job I wanted done. He looked over the new parts, and I thought we'd be good to go. Then he said that before he did anything he had to do a "safety inspection." An hour later he quoted me a multi-thousand dollar bid to replace all sorts of equipment I had no interest in replacing. And the simple job, if he did just that, would be over $550. I declined, and so it cost me $69 to have no work done and waste my time. I will either do this myself or find a local handyman. Avoid this company like the plague."

He provided a quote in writing (via text message) for this and a few other services. Not only did Ozzy (the owner) NOT COMPLETE this service; he told me that I needed an additional service which doubled his original quote. We paid for all of this work including the surge protector even though he did not complete the entire job in one day ( as discussed). It was not until I asked him the location of the surge protector (after he had left the property) that he told me tell that he did not install the surge protector!
