The fence was not hauled away after it was taken down untill the next day, it was left laying on the ground in one neighbors yard, and several panels were left resting on the other neighbors fence. The old post were not completely removed, they were cut off, this would not be an issue if they were cut off as low as possible, instead several are 1 to 2 inches above the ground.-Day 2 tuesday: Hauled away all of the old fence and installed new wood posts. Our hose did not reach all of the new post holes and the crew did not bring buckets to add water to concrete at the new post holes, we ended up having to loan them a cooler for this.-Day 3 wednesday: Installation crew did not show up, or did not do any work. Called the owner and was given a number to call, left a message, but did not get a return call.-Day 4 thursday: Had to call the installer at 10:00 in the morning to find out if they were coming to work. When they finnally showed they did not bring an extension cord for their tools, we had to loan them one(instead of returning this when done decided to hold onto it, leaving our home with it, we had to remind them about it later to return it). Rails were installed on the posts. When the installer plugged in his air compressor for the nail gun he blew a breaker, we were not home when this happened, the neighbor let him run our extension cord to his house. The installer never told us about the breaker, we found out the next morning when we saw that our freezer in the garage had completely defrosted since there was no power, and leaked water all over the garage.-Day 5 friday: The crew showed up late and brought the same compressor, which ended up dying. They had to start nailing pickets by hand in the back of theyard. They also set the posts for the gates at the front of the yard. the installer told me he would be back in the morning at 6am to start early to get the fence done. -Day 6 saturday: The installer did not show up at 6am. I called the companies owner who had me get in touch with the supervisor,Andy. Andy told me that the installer to him he would be there at 10am. He never showed up, so I was able to use the time to mow the back yard. While mowing I discovered that the gate posts were extremely loose in the ground because they were not installed properly. We ended up leaving the house to run errands, my neighbor let me know that the installer showed up around 1pm. when we got home around 5 pm the installer was by himself installing pickets. He finished the back and sides of the fence. I was shocked when I went out to inspect the work he had done. None of the pickets were plum, everything was crooked. The installer also did not adjust the nail gun properly, he was burring the nails about a 1/4 inch into the boards, which left the sharp end coming through about a 1/4 inch. I also checked all the post and discovered that many of them were extremely loose. I immediately called Andy and told him not to send this installer back to the house and discussed the problems with him. He told me that he would come out on Monday with a new crew to address the issues and complete the work.-Day 8 monday: Andy showed up at 8am with 2 new installers. We talked about the problems and I was told that they would fix the post that were loose, they would also take down all the pickets the were installed out of plum and fix the nails. The new crew got the posts at the at the front of the yard reset, got all of the pickets in the back fixed, and got the side put up that was not started yet. They still needed to fix the plumness and nails on the other side.-Day 9 tuesday: The crew shoed up at 8 in the morning. I talked with them about what was left to do. The installer asked me what else I still had issues with, I thought he would have remembered to fix the other side of the fence and the concrete. I think he asked to see if I remembered or was going to have him do it. He told me that the concrete was good and he tamped all the posts down. Before I left for work he asked me for the remainder of the payment. I told him we will wait till the work is done. When I arrived home from work, 5pm, they were finishing up, and from a quick glance, looked like they were mostly done. the installer told me there was a couple things to finsh in the morning and that they would be back at 8am. Before leaving he again asked for the check for the remainder of the payment, I told him that I will pay when the work was complete. After he left I went out to inspect the progress. I saw that one of the posts holse that they had to remove and reset on monday was set at 10 inches. I was told that all 4x4 post were installed at 18 inches so this made me really concerned. I did a quick inspection of the whole fence and found that they still had not fixed the side of the fence for plumbness and all the nails coming through. They did not plan for the slope of the yard in regards to the best gate position for one of the 5 foot gates. The orriginal hardware would not workon the side it needed to be on, the put it on the wrong side and used a hammer to beat it to conform to the post. They installed the latches incorrectly which caused the gate to sit 4 inches from flush when secured. The bottom of the gate was not cut straight at all, they just started cutting spots that hit the ground, It looked horrible. My biggest concern was the posts though. I got a shovel out and dug around 2 post that were especially loose to investigate. I found the post depth on one to be roughly 15 inches. Not as deep as I would have liked but I could live with it. The amount of concret used was ridiculous though. There was barely any, and it was not spread evenly in the post hole. When I dug up the next post I had to stop because I was scared that the concrete would brake off, there was maybe a 1/4 of a bag worth of concrete in the hole. Sakrete (concrete products at most home supply stores) recommends using 3, 40 pound bags of concrete for a 10 inch diameter post hole at 18 inches deep. I immediatley called Andy again to talk about the problems, he told me he would be there with a new crew in the morning to look at the problems.-Day 10 Wednesday: Andy showed up at 8am with a new crew to inspect the work, we talked about the issues, I was told that everything would be resolved by 5pm, when I got home from work. When I got home I saw that there was 19 post holes that had been dug out and had concrete added to them. all the other problems were addressed as well. I inspected the entire fence with Andy at this point, as far as functionality and asthetics, the fence was ok. There were some minor cosmetic issues but I just wanted this company leave my home. I did have several reservations about the fence posts though. Andy told me that all the work would be warrantied and noted all the problems I had. -Overall, I believe Andy is doing the best he can, he(the company) seems to have horrible installers that perform the work. The company needs to find a way to check on the work its employees do.-I will never use this company again, and will not reccomend that anyone does. I wont use them for warranty repairs either, I will find someone to do it right the first time."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tn/nashville/yard-dog-fence-reviews-5536347.htm"},"position":10}]}

Here's a review for a concrete business highlighting great customer service, quality, and friendliness: --- I recently had the pleasure of working with Cesar for a project, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional....
The concrete job was great just the collateral damage, my yard. The heavy equipment they used to get to my yard destroyed my yard. Find out what kind of equipment they will use to put the pad in and what the potential damage of the property and yard are.

FAQs for concrete finishing projects in Woodlawn, TN
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of stamped concrete is around $12 per square foot, but you might pay anywhere from $8 to $28 per square foot. The average 12-foot by 12-foot patio costs $1,730 on average. Your exact pricing will depend on the patio’s square footage, the condition of the area where you want to pour the concrete, the desired stamp pattern, concrete coloring, concrete grade, and local labor prices. Don’t forget to budget for extra costs like land preparation and additional concrete fortifications if necessary.
Depending on the cost to repair your driveway, it may be more cost effective to tear out and replace it with a new concrete driveway. The cost to repave a driveway ranges between $1,400 and $12,100, including removal of the old concrete. Contact a reputable concrete contractor for advice and an estimate. They may have a good reason for going with repairs or replacement after assessing your driveway. You may also have the option to resurface your driveway or pave over it without taking out the existing one.
It’s possible to create stamped concrete yourself, but we don’t recommend it and it’s often not cost-effective. It’s easy to mess up the pattern of a stamped concrete patio or walkway, leaving you with an unsightly home exterior rather than the elegant solution you wanted. Any mistakes made during the ground leveling and concrete pouring process will also increase the risk of cracks forming on your concrete. Additionally, buying enough stamps to get the pattern in before your concrete cures can cost as much as hiring a professional to do the work for you.
Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.
