He was polite and ready and willing to travel to my manufactured home about 25 minutes outside Oneida. I met with him and instantly liked him and trusted him. He was able to put me on his schedule within 2 days. He had advised me to install a PSR and a Thermal Expansion tank on my hot water heater so I did. He stayed to make sure nothing leaked throughout the home before he left."

Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

Said he was getting another surface cleaner to possibly do a better job. Never called. Never came back. I repeatedly called and left messages. I emailed him. He never responded. Very surprised and disappointed."
