"Perfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!"

The price seemed pretty consistent with what I expected to pay. They were able to get someone out a lot quicker than I assumed it would take. They ran into some issues with draining the old tank (which was ancient), but he was able to resolve it in a timely fashion. Overall, I was happy with the professionalism, and the job done."
