"Not putting no names. The plumber they sent was very high strung an was in a hurry at the time he arrived to the time he left. I called for a shower leak to be fixed he came an put a new fixture in sideways an hooked the pipes up wrong. An also told me the pvr was bad witch I have two both were bad but he only replaced one cause he did not wanna touch the galvanized pipe. He did not wanna put the mirror back on the wall after cutting my dry wall an ripping it. An still didn't fix my shower. I called the company after finding out what all has been done wrong after paying over a thousand dollars. Still waiting on them to make it right. Will not recommend an will not use again."

"I hired Seth because he was on top of it from the moment I put in my request on Angi. I originally went with a big company but they were not capable of handling what I needed to get done which was jet spraying my pipes to clear a clog. That company came twice to my home and it was basically a waste except for them saying I needed to call a specialist. I didn't need to call a jet spraying specialist. I just needed to call Seth who knew what to do before he showed up. Got it done fast and affordable. I asked him a lot of questions before he came out and he answered them all which made me feel good about choosing him. I also handled it after work hours! What a luxury that was as I already wasted other time with the previous plumber. I will call Seth next time for my plumbing needs. 5 stars for sure! Thank you Seth!"

"I was told that charges would begin when they left their shop and would end at the completion of the job. Sadly, I was charged for a trip to and from, neither of which was in the proposal. In speaking to other electrical companies as well as my own 45 years of experience as a home improvement contractor, installing a couple of bath exhaust fans is clearly a one man job, and should've cost around $350 - $400 total. However I found upon their arrival that the company policy is to send 2 men per job whatever the job. I provided a ladder for easy access to the hugely open attic and then proceeded to observe the next 3 hours one man doing 95% of the work as the other basically watched. No problem... accept that I was being charged $70 per hour per man and then told by the rude and unreasonable office personnel, Victor, that he was informed by the techs that I probably would be unhappy with the high charges. Being charged a $280 trip charge as well as $70 per hr. for a "gopher" is pretty excessive. I would never recommend Lloyd's Electric to anyone and am sorry I had to experience using them even once. They did say they enjoyed my wife's fresh German chocolate cake as well as the remainder roll of my "special" tape they took!"

"Robbed, flat out. Took me for supplies, came back with partial (old crap) and then never showed, after weeks of excuses. Wife, supposedly, and himself. Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? Probably moved on to newer hunting grounds."
