In this day and age when hired help acts as if they are doing you a favor by showing up at all, let alone on time, it was very refreshing to deal with a professional and reliable person. Jaime Fulton was very cooperative helping me with getting an over the phone estimate. The job was completed for the quoted price. I was given an appointment for a week later. Jaime called an hour before the appointment to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He is experienced, efficient and very agreeable. I am very pleased with the results. There were no damages, missed areas or anything I could complain about. I highly recommend AAA.

Jamie and Dale arrived on time and did an outstanding job. I have a large single level home with many windows.

I hire them once a year to wash my windows and they do a great job. When you call them, they are very thorough. They talk in detail to give you the exact expectations on what to expect. They do come out and give a free estimate. If you use their services every six months, they will offer a discount. They come out and do all the windows inside and out, the railings, windowsills and the screens. They actually take the screen out of the window and clean its entirety. The service person that came out was very professional. They are excellent! They are very timely, professional, efficient, and clean up after themselves. They bring everything they need and even use eco-friendly solvents. If there are any problems from a customer service perspective, they will come back out and fix the work. Not only do they provide great service with their eco-friendly products, their prices are also very competitive.

I spoke with Jamie on the phone based on Angie's list reviews. He was polite and courteous. His approximate quote was reasonable for the scope of work (I've used two other contractors previously and all were within $25). He scheduled an appointment within two weeks which fit perfect for my needs. He informed me that his partner and quot;Gavinand quot; would be performing the work.
Since the work was to commence Friday mid day, Gavin called me prior to arrival, and arrived on time ready to work. He confirmed the estimate after reviewing actual scope of work, and with my approval commenced the job. Gavin was polite, professional, knew his job and had the upmost respect for my home and furnishings. He completed the inside on Friday and returned Saturday to complete screens and outside. When we came home Saturday afternoon the windows looked terrific, the screens almost invisible, and the tracks as clean as possible.
There were a few minor streaks that Gavin removed on Sunday when he returned for payment. I cannot fault him for the streaks since they were on the interior and he had no access to the house after completing the outside.
Both Jamie and Gavin both followed-up after the job to insure I was pleased with their job and offered to fix anything I found that I was not pleased with - NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I plan to hire them again.

Several screens were jammed into the wrong windows. There were streaks on many window. Window on the 2nd floor above stairs were not cleaned, they said that they had no way to reach them. The price went up dramatically upon their arrival. much as I feel inconvenienced by my old guy, last minute schedule changes etc... he is a heaven sent compared to these guys!! at approx. half the price! $160.00. Run don't hide, don't listen to their friends reviews!! Based on their performance, I now question the integrity of every Angies list review.

"Wow... First off, I do NOT know WHO this person is. Secondly, the details in the report, even if we HAD done this job are so completely bizarre as to be amazing. I'm sitting here reading this literally with my mouth open and just about a stunned as I can be. I have already called my representative here at Angie's List, hopefully to help me follow up on this. I too am truly completely at a loss as far as what to do or whether I also can rely on the integrity of the reports that seem to be able to be submitted from some apparently random source. Perhaps the person has mistakenly placed this report for our business meaning someone else, I honestly do not know. Secondly, what is this about the 'Dad' arriving first and then the 'Son' arriving 45 minutes later...??!!! ... because he has the 'buckets and stuff'...?? My Dad does indeed go with me at times, BUT HE DOES NOT DRIVE. So, how could it be that he 'arrived 45 minutes earlier' in a different vehicle...? And then supposedly when the 'Son' arrived 45 minutes after the 'Dad' we are to believe that she tried to 'send them away, but all the screens were out and "HALF THE WINDOWS WERE DONE"' ... BEFORE the son arrived with all the 'equipment'...??? I really do not know what the deal is here or who this person is. In all the years here we have received only ONE negative report here fairly recently, but at least it was from a person WHO WE ACTUALLY DID! And, I gave an honest and thorough reply to that report. However, I truly do NOT know who this person is or where they came from. Oh, notice too please that the date of the 'Work Done' is May of LAST YEAR?!! What the heck... Anyway, I have left a message with my representative and hopefully they will be able to remove this bizarre report which apparently must have been meant for someone else. With all due appreciation and respect for our time here at Angie's List, I too now wonder if I will continue to advertise with them if just anyone can post random, meaningless reports on anyone's business without some oversight or investigation into their accuracy. I guess we will wait to see what happens here... For the record despite the fact that I do not know who this person is: 1. We never arrive 'separately' at jobs being that my Dad who is 83 does not drive. 2. We would NEVER EVER continue to do a job or charge a customer if we were 'Not able to do some of the windows because we could not reach them.' 3. After over 30 years of doing this, ESPECIALLY if I go myself, I can assure you that we don't go around 'twisting and damaging all of the screens' 4. And, I ASSURE you, that if their 'old' window cleaner BY HIMSELF used to take '1 1/2 - 2 hours' to do a job, it would NEVER take my Dad and I 4 hours to do it. Not a chance... The only thing I can conclude here is that 1) The person had clearly meant to report on another company since we have not done them. And 2) Reading the wording of their 'report' it seems to me that they have some HUGE complaint against Angie's List itself and is taking it out on me. The comment about supposedly about how 'all these excellent reports must be from his friends' is rather odd and ludicrous. IF this was IMDB then yes I could see that (Internet Movie DataBase - where there are many false 'positive' reports on new films and how 'GOOD' they are : )"

They did a horrible job. The guy who came out hemmed and hawed about the prices- it was rather unprofessional. And then he forgot to replace 2 upstairs screens when he finished cleaning the windows. (and there is no way i know how to do that) And they prided themselves on cleaning the window sills, which was also very important to me. So when I asked the cleaner to do this, he said no they don't do that as it would take too much time. He didn't do some of the upstairs windows because he said he couldn't do it without walking on my roof. I told him couldn't walk on my roof, and it became a little bit of an argument. He then did finally agree with me that he wouldn't be able to walk on the particular tiles I had on my roof. I have called the company 4 times, and when I finally left a message, the owner or person answering the phone called me back, apologized and said they'd be out to replace the screens for me. That has never happened.

Jamie and his 82 year old Dad came out. Jamie was consciencous and explained all he would do including walking on the old tile roof. Everything went very well.

They are excellent and I would give them all A's. The quality of their work is very good and the price is competitive. Someone came out and looked at the work, and that was great. They clean the window sills and screens. I have referred other people to them and I would highly recommend them. They have been the best company I've used.

I wanted to get windows washed on a certain day because I had other work scheduled, so I looked for companies which were reliable and punctual. Jaime is very professional and thorough in explaining exactly what work would be performed and problems (like paint overspray) that might be encountered. I had to make an estimate of the number and types of windows since I did not live in the house. He estimated $125 to $145 for the job. Several days before the scheduled work he asked to reschedule to 2 days later. I agreed, but knew that I could not be there that day, so arranged access and left a $145 check for him. He did come on the rescheduled day and performed the work, and called me afterward to report, letting me know that there was some paint overspray. ( I chose not to have this removed since it would have cost more money.) A friend inspected the work afterward and said that it was a very good job.

Arrived promptly, cleaned thoroughly, would use again anytime. Windows sparkled afterwards and even the old window screens looked good. They really worked to get the screens out, but were able to do it without damaging anything. I like that they clean the tracks too.

Jaime Fulton returned my call promptly. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment at that time. The appointment was scheduled for three days after my initial call. Dale Fulton arrived as promised and completed all work in an efficient and timely manner. He took care to protect our wood floor and tile roof while working. I am very pleased with all work performed. The windows look fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Very well done. Windows were so clean at first I thought he removed one. Cleaned upper decorator windows just as spotlessly as lower ones. Only complain is not really about AAA, but that the previous painting contractors left some paint drops on windows that AAA didn't remove. Slightly higher price than I expected, as well.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE PROMPT WITH RETURNING CALLS AND SERVICE. QUOTE WAS VERY ACCURATE, NO HIDDEN COSTS. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN AND IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE.
